Directions from Points North

From Points North:
Take I-95 South toward Providence to Exit 18 (Thurbers Avenue).
Bare left at the end of the exit ramp and proceed down the road and turn right onto Allens Avenue.
Follow Allens Avenue for approximately 3.5 miles, turning right on Norwood Avenue (Route 1A)
Continue on Norwood Avenue and at the light, take a left onto Warwick Avenue ( Rt1A; street between St. Paul’s Church and Walgreen’s Drug).
Ferncrest Center is on the left at the corner of Warwick Avenue and Ferncrest Ave.
Ferncrest Center is located at 90 Warwick Avenue.

 

Directions from Route 10

From Route 10:
Take Route 10 south; follow until it ends.
Turn left onto Park Avenue (Route 12).
Turn left onto Warwick Avenue (Rt 1A/ RI 117)
Ferncrest Center is located on the right at 90 Warwick Avenue.

 

Directions from Points South

From Points South:
Take I – 95 North
Take the Rt 10 exit (Exit 16) toward Cranston.
Take the Elmwood Ave/ US- 1 exit, merging to the right onto Elmwood Ave for .3 mile.
Turn left onto Park Avenue (RI 12) following for about 1 mile.
Turn left onto Warwick Avenue ( Rt 1A/ RI- 117).
Ferncrest Center is on the right, located at 90 Warwick Avenue.
